Can I pick up my order at your store?
Sorry, I am an ecommerce company and I do not have a physical ‘store'. I operate out of a private facility that is not open to the public. I am not setup to handle walk in business. However, if you are local enough to make a pickup, I do offer to meet local clients at a destination that is nearby and very easily accessible for those wishing to do so. If this is something that is of interest to you, please let me know and I will try to accommodate.
Can I get a picture of the actual fish?
I try to accommodate this request when I can. However, taking pictures of fish that may not even be purchased is not safe or a practical use of time. My facility is not set up for photographing. This is not a pet shop or local fish store with bright, fancy decorated, show aquariums. I am an import facility with unlit holding tanks that are bare or very minimally decorated.
Can you ship any other method than FedEx?
We do occasionally ship other methods than FedEx priority overnight. Please inquire for other options. Air cargo or other local options may be available based on your location.
Can you give me a deal if I purchase XX number of fish?
Many factors go into the pricing of our fish and dry products. While accommodating all requests is not feasible, we are willing to work with customers who purchase in larger quantities. Please email if interested.
